A Little About Our School

Florapark Comprehensive High School under Pietersburg circuit in Polokwane city is a dynamic centre of excellence developing 1209 learners to become productive and innovative citizens.

The school has already put South Africa on the international map because of scientific innovations by its four brilliant learners. The principal Mr J N Masekela and his energetic team of 48 educators are always aiming at 100% pass.

The academic staff is backed by the equally dedicated administration workers including finance officer, receptionist, computer lab assistant and others. On the other side general workers, grounds men, cleaners and security personnel all have their hands on deck focusing on the road to success.

In order to ensure good governance, the democratically elected School Governing Body (SGB) is in place and functional.

Forty-three classrooms, 5 mobile classrooms, library, administration block, hall and workshops together form this comprehensive high school that is situated about 5.6km north of Polokwane CBD.
